You probably follow my Instagram or TikTok, but beyond the free, wide reach that social media can give my mission, I'm a real person. And, a real healer. What does that mean - real healer? My definition is this: a warrior of light whose highest goal is to facilitate the restoration of order, harmony, and love to our Earth at this time of calamity. There is nothing more important to me than guiding this generation of healers back into their divine wisdom and power... because the goddess knows we need them there.
All my life, I knew deep within myself that there was something more.
I always felt a strange calling in my heart, but the wounds and ways of the world clouded my impressionable judgment for my first 23 years.
My awakening was not this glorious beacon of light that suddenly showed me the way. If you've had a dark night of the soul, you know that it's anything but. An unexplainable chronic illness, by the hand of our Creator, redirected the course of my life from the modern-day path I thought I had to walk to be worthy, to honoring the shamanic path I walk today. Suffering is grace.

I am Certified Ayurvedic Educator & Practitioner, Initiated Hindu Yogini, & founder of Dharmic Healing. Acknowledging Dharma, the deeply spiritual, mystical aspects, of these healing traditions, including all of the many places, spaces, dark nights of the soul, and spiritual paths in between I have embarked on, have led me to find my deepest soul’s calling (and the most transformative healing imaginable) in this tradition.
I am brought to life by combining my clinical training in Ayurvedic medicine, with the energetic alignment and philosophy of Yoga, and the mystical alchemy of Tantra all into one. When teaching & mentoring I am primarily focused on being a reflection of pure consciousness while utilizing my gift to deeply feel, helping you identify blindspots and limiting beliefs, clarify your mission and vision, love yourself deeper (and in turn, others), allowing you to step into your personal dharma in this lifetime.

Since my awakening at 18, I have lived many different lifetimes all leading me here fulfilling my soul's mission.
I am a Certified Ayurvedic Educator & Practitioner, Initiated Hindu Yogini, & founder of Dharmic Healing.
Acknowledging Dharma, the deeply spiritual, mystical aspects, of these healing traditions... including all of the many places, spaces, dark nights of the soul, and spiritual paths in between... I embarked on being trained and initiated into the yogic sciences under a guru lineage while living in India in an ashram for 2 years. It is my dharma and devotion to share all things Sanatana Dharma with the West. Many of you may know me from my sharing of authentic Yoga, Ayurveda, and Hindu spirituality across social media as the “Kundalini Yogini”. But me, and this tradition, go so much deeper than short video glimpses.
My pain in my childhood was the greatest catalyst for my awakening. At 18 years old, I decided to break the cycle of abuse, addiction, and suffering in my family and embark on the journey of many lifetimes. It took me to Ecuador, India, and many places, spaces, dark nights of the soul, and spiritual paths in between…until I found my deepest soul’s calling (and the most transformative healing imaginable) in this tradition.
Discovering the absolute depth of the cosmic knowledge housed here, I wanted to shout it from the rooftops! “Hey guys back home, you’re all missing it! (or literally stealing it lol)” And now, I get to…as a full-time teacher of these beautiful dharmic healing sciences.
I am brought to life when sharing the authentic ROOTS of these highly appropriated and mistaken spiritual sciences. It is a gift to empower people to honor and respect the spiritual lineage AND gain so much more from them. I am impassioned to teach from the source- to teach what many others are scared to…by acknowledging Dharma and the deeply spiritual, mystical aspects of these healing traditions.
